Inauguration of Child Marriage Prevention Program in Sreemangal
The Sreemangal branch of Bangladesh Human Rights Foundation has started working to prevent child marriage in Sreemangal, Moulvibazar.
The Bangladesh Human Rights Foundation took this decision at a reception given to the organization’s Secretary General, poet Rabiul Islam Sohel, when he visited the Srimangal office on Monday (January 5) evening.
Chaired by the organization’s President Musaddik Ahmed and moderated by General Secretary Amjad Hossain Bachchu, the meeting was chaired by the Secretary General of the Human Rights Foundation, poet Rabiul Islam Sohel as the chief guest. He “We all have to work tirelessly to protect human rights and ensure the fundamental rights of people.
An organized movement is needed to eliminate social ills such as injustice, injustice and child marriage from the society.”
At this time, he formally inaugurated the distribution of leaflets, display of placards and voice activities to raise awareness about the prevention of child marriage.
