Noorjahan Begum (85), mother of District BNP President and BNP’s nominated candidate for Netrakona-2 (Sadar-Barhatta) constituency Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Haque, passed away at 5 am on Saturday (December 27) while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Mymensingh. (Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un).
At the time of her death, she left behind numerous relatives and well-wishers, including 4 sons and 4 daughters.
When the news of her death spread, relatives and numerous BNP leaders and activists gathered at her residence on Notun Hospital Road in the district town.
