The 19th Chattogram District Rover Moot–2025, organized by the Chattogram District Rover was successfully held with the theme “Rovers move forward fearlessly with the discipline of skills.” Nearly 100 Rover units from across Chattogram district participated in the moot.
Following this, four units from three institutions of Cox’s Bazar district took part in the event. The participating institutions were Cox’s Bazar Government College, Cox’s Bazar City College (Rover and Girl-in-Rover units), and Dulahazara Degree College.
From Cox’s Bazar Government College, 8 Rovers participated; from Cox’s Bazar City College, 8 Rovers and 8 Girl-in-Rovers took part; and from Dulhazara Degree College, 8 Rovers participated in the moot.
Under the overall supervision of Abdul Hamid Khan, Secretary of Cox’s Bazar District Scouts, and Nurul Amin, Joint Secretary, the Cox’s Bazar Government College Rover Unit was led by Rover Scout Leader (RSL) Abbas Uddin (Woodbadge).
The Cox’s Bazar City College Rover Unit was led by Rover Scout Leader Jahangir Alam and Assistant Rover Scout Leader Mohammad Imran Hossain.
The Girl-in-Rover Unit was led by Girl-in-Rover Scout Leader Jannatul Keya Munni.
The Dulhazara Degree College Rover Unit was led by RSL Abdul Kashem.
The moot was held from 20 December to 24 December 2025 at the Chittagong University playground. During the event, participating units earned recognition by demonstrating various skills, adapting to adverse conditions, providing first aid, and presenting reports through diverse activities.
Sessions conducted by distinguished personalities made the event more vibrant and engaging. The colorful program concluded with a campfire ceremony.

At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to all participating Rovers and Girl-in-Rovers.
