Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nakib Muhammad Nasrullah said, ‘December 14 is one of the most memorable days in the history of Bangladesh after independence in 1971. At the very last moment of victory in the Liberation War, the Pakistani occupation forces and their allies killed the intellectuals of this country. Today we remember them on this day. Their sacrifice was made in the hope of establishing an independent, self-reliant, and democratic country. May Allah accept the good they have done for the nation.
