The annual prize distribution and cultural program was held in a colorful manner at the renowned Shah Neyamatullah College in Chapainawabganj.
The program was inaugurated at 10 am on Wednesday at the Moni Ukil Memorial Auditorium with a musical performance.
Latifur Rahman (former MP), President of the Governing Body of Shah Neyamatullah College, was present as the chief guest and the program was presided over by the college’s principal Tariqul Alam Siddiqui (Nayan).
The chief guest and other guests handed over the prizes to the winners of various sports, literary and cultural competitions held. After the prize distribution, a fascinating cultural program was held by the students.
The guests said that education is not limited to books only, but also plays an important role in increasing the mental development, leadership qualities and creativity of the students.
They also said that such events of the college increase the confidence of the students and express their desire to do something good in the future. The event was attended by students, teachers, staff, guardians and journalists. Finally, the college principal expressed his gratitude to the students and guardians.
