Newly appointed Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Mehedi Hasan Faruk interacted with journalists of Boalkhali Press Club in Chittagong.

The interaction was held at the Upazila Executive Officer’s office at 3:00 pm on Tuesday (December 2). During the interaction, journalists highlighted various inconsistencies and problems in the upazila. The Upazila Executive Officer noted the problems and assured the journalists that he would try to solve them. Assistant Commissioner (Land) Boalkhali, Kaniz Fatema, President of Boalkhali Press Club Md. Sirajul Islam and journalists from various print and electronic media were present at the time. Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Mehedi Hasan Faruk said, I have to face many challenges for the overall development of the upazila. Therefore, he sought positive cooperation from journalists for the overall development of the upazila. He also said that journalists can play an important role in the development activities of the upazila. I want to do something good in Boalkhali Upazila. For this, I need the cooperation of journalists. Earlier, he was working as a Senior Assistant Commissioner in the Bandarban District Commissioner’s Office.
