Discussion meeting “Come Change-the Country,Change the World” held in Bandarban

A discussion session titled “Come Change the Country Change the World” held in Bandarban organized by the District Information Office.Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini was present as the chief guest at the event organized at the Youth Development Training Hall on Monday (November 24).The event organized under the overall supervision of District Information Officer Mohammad Anwar Hossain,was presided over by Additional District Magistrate (ADM) M.M.Hasan.

Speaking as the chief guest at the event, Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini said, “The young generation is the main driving force of the future of Bangladesh. They must become citizens with humane qualities and bring about positive change within themselves.” The Deputy Commissioner further said, “By utilizing information technology, our young generation should utilize the immense opportunities for self-employment that have been created through their innovative thinking,technical skills and practical problem-solving.”

At this time,the Deputy Commissioner highlighted the positive role of the country’s large youth population and called for building a new Bangladesh through positive thinking,including developing human qualities and instilling a sense of responsibility.Deputy Director of the Department of Youth Development Md. Enayet Karim,Executive Magistrate Jaya Dutta,President of Bandarban Press Club Aminul Islam Baccu and President of Bengali Chhatra Parishad Asif Iqbal were present as special guests.

In addition, journalists, students and parents of various educational institutions,leaders of various social and humanitarian organizations and leading figures from various professions were present at the time.
