Science Fair and Debate Competition 2025 was held in Jaldhaka in a festive atmosphere. On Thursday morning, Nilphamari Deputy Commissioner Md. Nairuzzaman was present as the chief guest at the inspection and inauguration of this event organized by the Beam Laboratory School of Jaldhaka Upazila. In the morning, Deputy Commissioner Nairuzzaman announced the inauguration of the newly built municipal mini park in the area near the Drindibari site. After that, he laid the foundation stone of the four-storey building of Jaldhaka Business Management Institute (BMI) College.
Later, he visited various scientific innovations, projects and research-related works created by the young students of Beam Laboratory School. The creativity and presentation of the students participating in the science fair impressed the Deputy Commissioner. Present on the occasion were Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Dipankar Roy, Jaldhaka Upazila Executive Officer Zaid Imrul Muzakkin, teachers and students of BMI College. The guests opined that if such events are held regularly to encourage students to practice science, the future generation will become more skilled and research-oriented.
