BNP’s Central Fisheries Affairs Secretary and former MP from Cox’s Bazar Sadar constituency Lutfur Rahman Kajal said that BNP is not afraid of votes, those who are afraid are talking about PR methods.
He said this while speaking as the chief guest at a youth rally organized on the occasion of the 47th founding anniversary of Jubo Dal at the Public Library Ground in Cox’s Bazar city on Thursday afternoon. Lutfur Rahman Kajal said that people have been deprived of the right to vote for the last 17 years. The reason was that only one nationalist force, namely BNP, would come to power.
But the conspiracy has started again. Various excuses have been started so that parliamentary elections are not held democratically. A conspiracy is being hatched to sabotage the elections.
The former MP commented that if the leaders and workers of the Jubo Dal are disciplined and united, no conspiracy will succeed. Earlier, Lutfur Rahman Kajal inaugurated the anniversary program by hoisting the national and party flags and releasing balloons. After that, a colorful procession took out and circled the main roads of the city. Later, they came to Shaheed Daulat Maidan and joined the rally. The youth meeting organized under the chairmanship of Azizul Haque Sohel, convener of the Cox’s Bazar Municipal Jubo Dal, was attended by special guests, including municipal BNP convener Rafiqul Huda Chowdhury and Sadar Upazila BNP convener Muktijoddha Abdul Mabud. The main speaker was the general secretary of the district Jubo Dal and former municipal councilor Zisan Uddin Zisan, and the special speaker was Md. Amir Ali.
