They have held a human chain protest march in Barguna demanding the resolution of the salary problems of the master roll employees of Bangladesh Road and Highway Workers Union in 27 cases and the implementation of the verdicts of the next 7 cases.
The human chain was held in front of the gate of the road building at 11:30 am on Monday.
The speakers in the human chain said that the main demand among the seven-point demands is to finalize the pension policy of the employees included in the 27 and 7 cases as soon as possible from the date of their first joining.
In addition, all the master roll employees of the RHD were called upon to be paid their salaries on a monthly basis from the 3211104-Ancillary Organization Code.
The speakers also said that arrangements should be made to quickly bring all the master roll employees of the RHD into the revenue department by relaxing their age and educational qualifications.
All the regular employees of the third and fourth classes should be made permanent as soon as possible and promotion should be taken based on merit.
In addition, the inclusion of working master roll employees in the ‘Daily Temporary Workers Policy 2025’ should be stopped.

A proposal to restructure the organizational structure in coordination with trade union representatives was demanded, and a complete database of employees working in development projects should be created and brought to the revenue department after the project is handed over.
In addition, a request was made to stop paying car rentals through vendors in all projects.
