Professor ABM Fazlul Karim, general secretary of Bangladesh Ideal Teachers Federation, said that if Jamaat wins the next parliamentary election, the first thing that will change will be the education policy. Teachers will benefit the most. Work will be done to improve Islamic morality and the moral standards of teachers. The entire education system will be overhauled, and teachers will be fully educated with Islamic morality, thereby visibly improving education. For this, we must prepare for the necessary struggle on the streets to achieve the rights of teachers by mobilizing the activities of the federation. He also said that the federation has continued to communicate with the authorities concerned regarding the speedy conversion of all non-MPO Ebtedayee educational institutions into MPOs. Hopefully, they can be included in MPO before the elections. The federation is working to ensure that private teachers get 100 percent bonuses, house rent, medical allowance and other benefits. There will be no loss to the government if private educational institutions are nationalized. He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at the district teacher representative conference organized by the Joypurhat district unit of the Bangladesh Ideal Teachers Federation at local Swapnachaya Community center on Saturday. In his speech Professor Abdur Rahim, advisor of Ideal Teachers Federation Bogura Region as special said religious teachers should be appointed, not music teachers. Arrangements will be made to provide retirement benefits to private teachers.
