Chakaria’s Saharbil UP Chairman Nabi Hossain Chowdhury has been arrested again by DB police from the Chakaria court area.
Chakaria Upazila Senior Judicial Magistrate Court Case No. GR 368/19 Chakaria Dharan Cow Theft Section Case No. GR 368/19 Saharbil Union Parishad Chairman Nabi Hossain Chowdhury was arrested by DB police after appearing in the lower court with anticipatory bail from the High Court and coming on the road.
He was arrested from the Chakaria Senior Judicial Magistrate Court premises around noon on Tuesday (September 16). Chakaria Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Touhidul Anwar confirmed the arrest. Court sources said that the Judicial Magistrate Court case No. GR 368/19 Chakaria Dharan Cow Theft Section was the day of appearance. The source also said that 12 to 15 cases are pending in the Chakaria Court against Saharbil Union Parishad Chairman Nabi Hossain Chowdhury.
