The 2nd National Governing Board Meeting of JCI Bangladesh was held (Saturday) from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Sena Prangon, Cantonment. The meeting was chaired by the current National President of JCI Bangladesh, Mr. Kazi Fahad.

Several important organizational issues were discussed during the meeting. The primary agenda was the long-debated National Treasury Report, which has been under review for the past nine months. The report revealed a lack of proper financial accountability in multiple events organized by JCI Bangladesh.

In light of these findings, the majority of board members expressed no confidence in the current National President, Mr. Kazi Fahad, and his leadership. Out of 49 members present, 31 voted in favor of the no-confidence motion.

The Governing Board also called upon the Trustees to ensure proper organizational due diligence, conduct a full financial audit, and guarantee a free and fair election process within JCI Bangladesh.

As per the final resolution, all national-level programs, activities, and financial operations of JCI Bangladesh for the remainder of 2025 have been suspended until further notice.
