A complaint has been filed in the Baliadanga area of ​​Fakirhat upazila of Bagerhat for raping his own daughter (14). Police have arrested the accused father, Nachimon Chalak Al Mahmud Sheikh (40).

The girl’s younger uncle, Mamun Sheikh (28), filed a rape case at the police station on Wednesday (September 10) morning. Police said that on Tuesday (September 9) at 11 am, the lustful father called his daughter to his house for a body massage. At that time, he forcibly raped the girl against her will.
Police have arrested the lustful father, Al Mahmud Sheikh, with the help of locals. The teenage girl is a ninth-grade student of a local madrasa.Her mother left her father long ago and moved away. The girl was alone at home at the time of the incident.

Fakirhat Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abdur Razzak Mir said that in this incident, the victim filed a case under Section 1 of the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act (9) at the police station. The accused in the case, Mahmud Sheikh, has been arrested. The victim’s medical examination and statement recording under Section 22 are under process.
