Anti-Corruption Commission Chairman Dr. Mohammad Abdul Momen said these at the public hearing of the Anti-Corruption Commission at District Shilpakala Academy auditorium on Monday. In his closing speech, he said that corruption is relatively low in this district. If the trend continues, the district can become a corruption-free district in future.
The public hearing was chaired and moderated by Joypurhat Deputy Commissioner Afroza Akhtar Chowdhury, and welcomed by ACC Rajshahi Divisional Office Director Fazlul Haque. Other speakers included Anti-Corruption Commission Director General (Prevention) Akhtar Hossain, Joypurhat Police Super Muhammad Abdul Wahab, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Mohd. Sabur Ali, and others.
