Joypurhat district Chhatra Dal organized a protest march in Joypurhat to protest Israel’s illegal aggression in Gaza, the killing of thousands of innocent people including women and children, and human rights violations. The procession started from Joypurhat Government College on Tuesday and paraded the main roads of district town.. Later, it met in a huge rally at the town’s Zero Point in front of central mosque.
Joypurhat District Chhatra Dal President Mamunur Rashid Pradhan, Acting General Secretary Raisul Islam Ripon, Joypurhat Government College Branch Chhatra Dal General Secretary Prithibi, City Chhatra Dal Secretary Hasan Al Banna, Sadar Thana Secretary Ripon Hossain, Chhatra Dal leaders Mubashir Ali Shihab, Niamur Rahman Nibir, Mobasshir Hossain, Faisal Rafi and Sazeen, among others, spoke at the rally.
The speakers said that the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza, the indiscriminate killing of children and women, the destruction of hospitals and educational institutions are the reality of this brutal genocide. Today, conscientious people of the world have roared against this injustice. At the same time, they strongly condemned the Israeli aggression and demanded an end to the genocide, calling on the UN Security Council to take immediate effective action. The speakers announced a boycott of all Israeli products from now on.
