Latiful Azam, Kishoreganj (Nilphamari)

A memorandum of understanding and memorandum of understanding have been signed in Kishoreganj, Nilphamari, with the aim of forming a Chandkhana Union free of child labor, child marriage, school dropout, hunger and malnutrition, and plastic/environmental pollution.  Organized by World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP,  The memorandum of understanding and memorandum of understanding were signed yesterday afternoon at the Union Parishad office in Chandkhana, upazila. At this time, Chandkhana Union Parishad Chairman Krishibid Mostafizur Rahman (Magic), UP Administrative Officer Anwara Parvin, World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP Senior Program Officer Swapon Kispotta, UP members, teachers, religious leaders, Village Development Committee, and representatives of the Children and Youth Forum participated.  It is noteworthy that the Chandkhana Union of the upazila and World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP are committed to making this upazila free from child labor, child marriage, hunger and malnutrition, and plastic/environmental pollution. In line with the priorities of the Bangladesh government and the sustainable development goals, they are committed to implementing it at the field level in the fiscal year 2025 and gradually expanding it to larger areas.
