This gift was given on Wednesday in Durgapur, Netrokona. Rice, pulses, oil and various other items were given to the families of the four martyrs of Durgapur, Saiful Islam Sekul, Omar Faruk, Masum Billah and Zakir Hossain, in the anti-discrimination movement, and each family was given Rs 10,000 in cash. Durgapur Upazila BNP and Swechchhasebak Dal leaders and activists gave these gifts to the martyrs’ houses. Upon receiving this gift from Barrister Kaiser Kamal, the members of the martyrs’ family expressed their thanks and gratitude. They said, “We pray for such a humane leader.” Durgapur Upazila BNP and Swechchhasebak Dal leaders and activists said, “This is undoubtedly a great initiative.” They are also very happy to participate in such a work. Present during the gift-giving ceremony were Durgapur Upazila BNP Joint Convener Alhaj Jamal Uddin Master, Upazila Volunteer Party Convener Mirza Nazrul, Member Secretary Himel Sarkar, Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Spokesperson Ratul Khan Rudra, Jobair Hossain Hira, BNP leaders Azizur Rahman Fakir, Abdus Sattar, Imran Hasan Rakib, Sumon Mondal, Md. Ratan Mia, Bakul Sarkar, Mofizul Islam, Shafiqul Islam Hasan and others.
