Chhatra Dal & Chhtra Shibir in service of CU examinees

Chatra Dal and Chhtra Shibir leaders and activists have stood by to help students seeking admission to the 1st year undergraduate (honors) of the ‘A’ unit of the Faculty of Science of Chittagong University (CU) for the 2024-25 academic year.
Chhatra Dal and Shibir activists were seen sitting under the same passenger shelter and providing services to the students.
The admission test began at 12 noon on Saturday (March 1) and ended at 1 pm. This time too, the admission test was held simultaneously at the DU and RU campus centers outside CU.
Chhatra Dal leaders and activists arranged for information support centers, drinking water, pens and bike service in emergencies for the students seeking admission. They provided these services at the information support centers adjacent to the university’s Zero Point and the Faculty of Business Administration.
On the other hand, Chhatra Shibir leaders and activists have set up booths at Zero Point, Faculty of Business Administration, adjacent to Abu Yusuf Bhaban and at Suhrawardy intersection. There they provide information support, drinking water, pens, and first aid services. They also arrange seating for the guardians accompanying the students.
In addition to Chhatra Dal and Chhatra Shibir, leaders and activists of other student organizations and social organizations including the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Andolan, Bangladesh Chhatra Odhikar Parishad also provide related services to the students seeking admission.
In this regard, a leader named Mamun of the CU branch of Chhatra Dal told The Daily Morning Glory, we are providing drinking water, pens, and bike services to the students seeking admission. In addition, our comrades are standing at various points in the university to help the students seeking admission.
A worker of the Chhatra Shibir said, we are trying to provide services to the students in every admission test. Rather than propaganda, we have made arrangements so that the students seeking admission get correct information, do not suffer any kind of suffering, and the parents feel comfortable. In addition, our leaders and activists are monitoring various irregularities including high prices of car rentals and food.
