Bandarban District Sports Development Forum Adhoc Committee Introductory meeting and logo unveiling held.The unveiling of the logo was held last Thursday evening at the conference room of Hotel Hillview after cutting the cake.Member of Bandarban hill district council and convener of convening committee for sports affairs Advocate Ubathwai Marma,bhdc member Khamlai Mro,Mong A Ching Chak were present on the occasion.

Sports organizer Aung Cha Mong has been declared the convener of the newly formed adhoc committee and sports organizer Lutfur Rahman (Uzzal) has been announced as its member secretary.Bandarban District Sports Development Forum spokesperson Lutfur Rahman (Uzzal) confirmed the matter in a press release.

The press release informed that Bandarban District Sports Development Forum will work to advance sports by giving highest priority to training activities.The same morning the new Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini was felicitated by the Forum.The newly formed convening committee with 11 members will form a full-fledged committee within three months.

The guests present at the event expressed an optimism that this sports development forum will play an active role in promoting the sports of Bandarban.The event was attended by journalists,coaches,players,club representatives and sports organizers of various events.In the same event,sports materials were handed over to local sports organizers.
