He said these things at the organizational meeting of Chittagong City BNP on Monday morning. At the time, he also said that BNP always works to establish the rights of the people.
Referring to the election, he said that the current government will fulfill the expectations of the people by conducting the necessary reforms and holding the election at the required time. The people of the country are eager to vote. The parliamentary election comes first. We do not want national unity to be destroyed, if someone forces BNP to take to the streets, it will take to the streets again. BNP is not afraid of the streets.
At this time, in his speech as the chief guest of the meeting, Nationalist Party Central Vice Chairman former minister Abdullah Al Noman said that outsiders have infiltrated the party, now is the time to organize the party well and stand against all evil forces.
The organizational meeting was chaired by Metropolitan BNP Convener Ershad Ullah and moderated by Member Secretary Nazimur Rahman. BNP’s Chittagong Divisional Organizing Secretary Mahbubur Rahman Shamim and Joint Organizing Secretary Harunur Rashid were also present at the meeting.
