On the basis of secret information in Boalkhali, special operation of joint forces arrested Arafat, the accused in 6 cases, and two people with weapons.
The operation was conducted in the East Gomdandi area of the municipality in the early hours of Tuesday, November 26. It was led by Major Russell, commander of Boalkhali Army Camp.
Ward No. 3 Abdul Motaleb’s son Md. They arrested Arafat (32) and Mohiuddin Hamim (18), son of Jasim Uddin from the same area. An illegal domestic improvised pistol and 24 domestic improvised weapons were found during the search of their house. The seized weapons and the accused in good condition were handed over to Boalkhali police station for legal proceedings.
It is known that there are 6 cases against the arrested Md. Arafat in different police stations.
