The body of a housewife has been recovered from her father in-laws’ house in Munshiganj’s Sirajdikhan. The victim’s family claimed that she died due to beating by that family. The police recovered the body around 3 pm on Friday and sent it to Munshiganj Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
The name of the deceased housewife is Chaiti Rani Das (20). She is the wife of Singapore expatriate Suranjan Mandal of Rikabi Bazar Nagar area of ​​Munshiganj Sadar Upazila. She is the elder daughter of Chanchal Das of Nayanagar village of Rajanagar union of Sirajdikhan upazila.
The people of the housewives’ in-laws area say that people fled from Chaiti Das’s in-laws house immediately after her death.
Munshiganj Hatima Investigation Center Sub-Inspector Samar Roy said that the death of the housewife is mysterious. A wrongful death case has been registered in this regard.
