World Vision Bangladesh’s Nilphamari Kishoreganj AP has provided Bakna calves to meet the financial needs of very poor families by breeding multiple cows from one Bakna calf to meet the financial needs of their families and become self-reliant.
In the organization of World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP on Monday afternoon, 38 in Kathgari area of Chandkhana Union and 27 in Mushrut Paniyalpukur area of Nitai Union of upazila, Bakna calves were distributed among the ultra-poor families.
Chandkhana Union Parishad Chairman Mostafizur Rahman Jadu, Nitai Union Parishad Chairman Mottakinur Rahman Abu, World Vision Bangladesh Kishoreganj AP Manager Piking Chambugong, Program Officer Swapon Kispotta, John Kennedy Crus and Union VDC members were present.
