Chapainawabganj District Road Transport Owners Group for the period of 2024-2026 (24 months) took oath of office and members of the newly elected Executive Council and handed over the responsibility.
Election Appeal Board Chairman Adv. Shahnewaz Khan Panna administered the oath to the newly-elected in the meeting room of his office on Saturday afternoon.
Election Board Chairman Adv. Rabiul Haque Dolon presided over the function organized by District Road Transport Owners Group.
Former President of District Road Transport Owners Group Monowarul Islam Dalim Miah, former President Adv. Lutfar Rahman Feroz Miah, newly elected Parishad President Aminul Islam Sentu, newly elected General Secretary Khalekuzzaman Shamim and election board member Adv. Russell Ahmed Roni also spoke on the occasion.
It is to be noted that on January 27 of this year, the Sentu-Shamim panel won all the posts except the co-editor post in the bi-annual (2024-26) election of Chapainawabganj District Road Transport Owners Group.
