A learning sharing workshop was held at the Chaltetla Mission Field of Satkhira Sadar Upazila on youth-led implementation of government service activities and expansion of eco-friendly agriculture.
Learning Sharing Workshop-2023 was held on Friday (November 17) at the Chaltetla Mission field of Satkhira Sadar Upazila on the implementation of the Non-Governmental Development Organization (CDOW) in collaboration with ActionAid Bangladesh, Youth Leadership, Acceleration of Government Service Programs and Expansion of Environmentally Friendly Agriculture.

Chief Executive, Sido, Satkhira, Shyamal Kumar Biswas presided over the learning sharing workshop and the panel Mayor Satkhira Municipality Md. Anwar Hossain Milan was present as the chief guest.
Naren J Baidya Catholic Church, former bank officer Henry Sardar, senior journalist Abu Bakar Siddique were present as special guests.

Chief executive, Sido, Satkhira, Shyamal Kumar Biswas delivered the welcome speech in the said learning sharing workshop.
200 youth members from 12 youth associations of Fungi, Braksharajpur and Municipalities of Satkhira Sadar Upazila and Nagar Ghata and Dhandinya Union of Tala Upazila attended the learning sharing workshop. Each youth association presented their 2023 implementation activities along with future action plans and significant achievements. 1 Yuva Sangh was awarded as champion based on group evaluation of activities implemented by Yuva Sangh. Paala Yuva Sangh was selected as the champion group. Besides, sports and cultural programs are organized. Sports competitions included pillow punching, balloon bursting, basket throwing and tug-of-war. Prizes are distributed among the winners at the end of the game. Cultural programs included parties, solo songs and dances, poetry recitals, comedy one-act plays etc.

Masud Rana, coordinator of Satkhira Youth Hub, Youth Peer Group Fellow, Baisakhi Sultana, Hriday Mandal, Youth Fellow, Youth Fellow Shakib Hossain served as moderators.

The objective was to empower the youth by unlocking their potential in agriculture and ecology through skill development, inculcating a sense of personal and social responsibility through experience sharing among youth groups. To create an entrepreneurial mindset among themselves. Enhancing enthusiasm and knowledge among youth in agricultural and ecological interventions.

Project Coordinator Md Touhiduzzaman (Tahid), Inspector Zeenat Rahman Melody, Program Officer Chandra Shekhar Halder, Finance Officer Chandan Kumar Vaidya, Youth Peer Group Fellow Richard Halder were present.
