National Cooperative Day and Constitution Day were celebrated separately in Chapainawabganj. On this occasion, a colorful rally, discussion meeting and prize distribution program have been organized. On Saturday (November 4) morning, a colorful rally started in front of the District Commissioner’s office, went around the various roads of the district city and ended in front of the Bangabandhu stage. Later the national and cooperative flags were hoisted along with the national anthem. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Agriculturist Ahmed Mahbub-ul-Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police Nuruzzaman, Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Tashmina Khatun, District Cooperative Officer Akram Hossain, District Animal Resources Officer Dr. Mostafizur Rahman and related officials of the district administration were present. Chapainawabganj district cultural officer Faroqur Rahman Faisal conducted the program. At the end of the discussion, the guests handed over the prizes to the representatives of the best cooperative society.
