Orientation on prevention of violence against children,child marriage and other social behavior change was held.A day-long orientation organized by the District Information Office was held at Bandarban Government High School auditorium on Wednesday.District Information Officer Md. Mizanur Rahman presided over the function organized as the Chief Guest Bandarban Government High School Head Teacher (Acting) Shampad Barua.

30 people including Bandarban Press Club member MA Hakim Chowdhury, Municipal Councilor Omar Farooq, journalists, local public representatives, Imams, priests and teachers were present.Divided into four groups, opinions on prevention of violence against children,child marriage and other social behavior changes were presented.

The panelists discussed various issues including child marriage,child crime,child labor ban.
