58th anniversary celebration of Victory Tigers (5 East Bengal Regiment) is held in Bandarban. On this occasion, Bandarban Army Zone organized cake cutting and feast. 69 Infantry Brigade Commander Golam Mohiuddin Ahmed (SGP, NDC, AFWC, PSC, PHD) was present as the chief guest at the function organized at the unit training ground of Army Zone on Sunday (October 22). While speaking as the chief guest Region Commander Golam Mohiuddin Ahmed congratulated all the officers and members of Victory Tigers on the occasion of the foundation anniversary. He said that the unit has been working devotedly for many years in the service of the motherland And The list of achievements of this unit is long. The Region Commander thanked all the units for inviting him to such an event. Zone Commander Lt. Col. Mahmudul Hasan, PSC was in overall supervision of the event. The program was conducted by Captain Misbahul Islam Fuad (Adjutant 5 EB). During this time, the history and traditions of 5 East Bengal Regiment Victory Tigers were briefly presented. Bandarban DC Shah Mujahid Uddin, Judge of District and Sessions Court, Md Fazle Elahi Bhuiyan, Superintendent of Police Saikat Shaheen were also present at this time. Senior officials of all government offices including the district administration office and representatives of various professions were present too on the occasion.
