51st Julus will be led by Syed Muhammad Taher Shah

The 51st celebration of the holy Eid Miladunnabi (D.) Julus on Thursday (September 28). Huzur Kebla Syed Muhammad Taher Shah (Majia) of Darbar Alia Qaderia Sirikot Sharif will lead the julus.
Sajjadanshin Pir Allama Syed Muhammad Sabir Shah (Majia) and Shahzada Allama Syed Muhammad Kasem Shah (Majia) will be present. Half a million people gather in the Zulus.
It has now become a tradition of Chittagong. People want the Zulus to be listed as world heritage. Chittagong will also be honored if it gets a place in the Guinness Book of World.
This information was given at a press conference at Chittagong Press Club’s S Rahman Hall on Thursday (September 21).
This time the julus will start at 8 am from Qaderia Syediya Taibiya at Alamgir Khanqah adjacent to Jamia Ahmadiyya Sunnia Kamil Madrasa. Bibirhat, Muradpur, Mirzapul, Katalganj, Chowkbazar Alikhan Mosque, west side of the parade ground, Chittagong College, Ganibekari, Khastgir School, Askar Dighi, Kazir Deuri, Almas, Wasa, GEC, gate number two will come to the Jamia Madrasa ground. Dua and prayer will be done after Zohar prayer.
Muhammad Anwar Hossain, Secretary General of Anjuman-e Rahmaniya Ahmadiyya Sunni Trust read the written statement at the press conference.
Additional Secretary of Rahmania Ahmadiyya Sunni Trust was present at Anjuman. Shamsuddin, Chairman of Gausia Committee Bangladesh Pear Mohammad, Principal of Jamia Allama Abdul Alim Rizvi, President of the Board of Directors Abu Yahia Md. Mohsin, Gausia Committee Joint Secretary General Advocate Mosaheb Uddin Bakhteyar, City General Secretary Md. Abdullah, North District General Secretary Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, South District General Secretary Master Habib Ullah, Trust Md. Mahbubul Alam, Enamul Haque Bachchu, Zulus Media Committee Coordinator Dilshad Ahmed, Abu Taleb Belal etc.
It was informed in the press conference that on 12th Rabiul Awal, 1974, the first procession started in Bangladesh under the direction of Zaman Allama Syed Muhammad Taib Shah (RA). The procession was led by the then Senior Vice President of Anjuman, Nur Mohammad Alkaderi, from Khanqah Sharif, Dighi Par, Baluar, Chittagong.
Allama Syed Muhammad Taib Shah (RA) led the procession in Chittagong in 1976. He led the Zulus until 1986. He has not come to Bangladesh since 1987. Huzur Kebla Syed Muhammad Taher Shah (Maziah) has been leading the procession since then. This is the 35th Zulus under his leadership.
