Planning Minister MA Mannan MP said that the country is moving forward in development under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. Everywhere you look in the country, you can only see the picture of development A.League government is implementing what the people of the country could not imagine. He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the foundation stone laying and promotion meeting of water supply project through pipe line in Ganiganj area by Public Health Engineering Directorate at Ganiganj Bazar of Patharia Union of Shantiganj Upazila of Sunamganj on Thursday (September 7).

Referring to Awami League as the government of the poor, miserable and hardworking people, the minister said that the politics of A.League is to stand by the poor and helpless people. Electricity has been delivered to every house during the tenure of this government. We have provided safe water everywhere in the country. Water is being delivered from house to house through pipe lines. Another groundbreaking work of Sheikh Hasina’s government is to build houses for the landless and homeless. The whole country is now illuminated with the light of development Therefore, we must resist all conspiracies and stay with Sheikh Hasina Do not discriminate between the people of the country. We are all equal. Almighty Allah created us all equally. He did not discriminate. You have to be patient. Because Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman freed us from slavery and brought freedom to this country. Now his daughter has to stay with our leader Bangabandhu’s privileged daughter Sheikh Hasina. InshaAllah Sunamganj is developing medical and textile industries. Another thing Sunamganj Science and Technology University will start soon.

Regarding the election, the minister said that the national election will be held according to the constitution of the country and not according to anyone’s words The constitution states that national elections will be held every five years in the country. Because after five years the government has no legitimacy. So how the election will be conducted is not Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s business. There is an Election Commission to conduct elections in the country. So if anyone wants to create confusion and create confusion about the election, he will be resisted.

Earlier in the morning, Planning Minister MA Mannan MP inaugurated the newly constructed four-storey building of Noakhali Saptagram High School, the newly constructed four-storey building of Surma High School and College and the newly constructed four-storey building of Ganiganj Sholgram High School. On the other hand, Planning Minister M Mannan was present as the chief guest at the traditional village boating competition at the Upazila Dargapasha Union at 4 pm.
