Real Madrid started the pre-season well. A 3–2 win over AC Milan in the first leg was followed by a 2–0 win over Manchester United. But they lost the next two matches. After losing 3–0 to arch-rivals Barcelona, they also lost 3–1 to Juventus.

After these two defeats, the Spanish media is pressuring Real – sign a deal with Kylian Mbappe now! According to Spanish media, Vinicius Jr. is playing well, but Real’s attack is not going well with this Brazilian star alone.

After Real’s loss to Juventus, Spanish sports daily Marca headlined one of their stories as, ‘Juve confirmed: Mbappe is no longer a wish, a necessity’. Marca wants to tell Real in a few words – Mbappe is now in the team!
Another Spanish newspaper AS has questioned the effectiveness of Real’s attack following the departure of Karim Benzema and Marco Asensio. They wrote in a news of their online version, ‘conceived 8 goals and scored 6 goals despite having almost 100 chances. It is of concern.

Both papers are quick to advise Real to solve their attacking problems by bringing Mbappe into the team. Meanwhile, Real can bring Mbappe into the team if they want. After Lionel Messi announced his move to Inter Miami in June, Mbappe has written to PSG saying he does not want to renew his contract at the end of the upcoming season.

After Mbappé’s announcement, PSG also stepped up to sell him. The reason is one, the team does not want to let Mbappe leave the club as a free agent next season. PSG will not receive any money from the transfer fee if Mbappe leaves the team as a free player.

Mbappe wants to leave PSG and PSG wants to sell him. So where is the problem to take Real Mbappe? There are two problems – the first is that Real want to sign Mbappe as a free agent next season without a transfer fee. Secondly, Mbappe also does not want to leave the club before the end of the term. So he won’t get the full ‘loyalty’ bonus!

All in all, another complication has arisen with the transfer of Mbappe. But if Real, the most successful club in Europe, wants to win the league and the Champions League next season, Mbappe is urgently needed as an alternative to Benzema-Asensio, the Spanish press wants to remind that.
