Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader has commented that there will be no election in Bangladesh on anyone’s terms. He said, in all countries of the world, elections are held without supervisors. Why European-American leaders come to Bangladesh? I ask in which country you have voted for supervision. He said these things while addressing the chief guest at the peace and development rally organized by Companiganj Upazila Awami League of Noakhali at Basurhat Municipal Auditorium on Sunday afternoon.

Addressing the foreigners, he said that he saw the election of Dhaka-17 constituencies. It is a minority seat, but the elections in five cities are peaceful and fair in less than a month. 50 to 53 percent votes were cast in that election.
