Minister for Chittagong Hill Tract Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing (MP) Has inaugurated a two-lane 1,000-meter Connecting Road from KB road to Bandarban University at a cost of About 6 crore 80 lakhs Tk.Minister Bir Bahadur inaugurated this KB road of Bandarban University on Saturday (June 24) morning. Bandarban Deputy Commissioner Yasmin Parvin Tibriji, Bandarban University Vice Chancellor Professor Md.Nurul Islam,Local Government Engineering Directorate Bandarban Executive Engineer Md. Ziaul Islam Majumdar,Bhdc Mamber Laxmi Panda Das Were Present At The Time. According to the information provided by the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), the road work started on October 19, 2020 and the construction work was completed on November 28, 2022.The construction of the road was implemented by the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) under the Three Hill Districts Disaster Affected Rural Road Development Project (DDRIDP-3HD) in Bandarban.
