Financial grant checks have been distributed to government officials/employees who died while serving in administration and permanently disabled. Also,On The Same Day,Relief and house-building assistance checks were distributed among institutions affected by various natural calamities and helpless and distressed families in the financial year 2022-23. Minister for Chittagong Hill Tract Affairs Bir Bahadur Ushwe Sing (MP) Was present as the chief guest at the function organized by the Bandarban district administration on Saturday (June 24).Deputy Commissioner Yasmin Parvin Tibriji presided over the check distribution ceremony.Additional Deputy Commissioner (Overall) Md.Fazlur Rahman,Additional Superintendent of Police Md.Shah Alam were also present on the occasion. Eighty lakhs Taka checks were handed over to 10 government officials/employees who died while on duty.Designated representative of their family receives the cheque.At the same time checks of Rs.20 lakhs were distributed to five permanently disabled government officials/employees.
