Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that only if Bangladesh Awami League is in power, the fate of the people of the country will change.

Reiterating her stance that no one will be allowed to play tricks on the fate of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina said, ‘I know there are many plots and conspiracies going on.’

Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, Party Advisory Council Member Tofail Ahmed, Presidium Members Jahangir Kabir Nanak and Abdur Rahman, Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif, Organizing Secretary Advocate Afzal Hossain and Shafiul Alam Nadel, Health and Family Welfare Secretary Advocate Md. Dr. Rokeya Sultana, Central Executive Committee Member Begum Akhter Jahan, Dhaka South Metropolitan President Abu Ahmed Mannafi, Dhaka North Metropolitan President Bazlur Rahman etc. spoke at the event.

Awami League publicity and publication secretary Abdus Sobhan Golap and vice president Syed Abdul Awal Shamim moderated the discussion.

Bangladesh Awami League was formed on this day in 1949, which later became the country’s largest political party to lead the freedom struggle, liberation war and all democratic movements.
