Awami League leader sacked in Gaibandha

Gaibandha District Women’s Awami League Organizing Secretary Shyamoli Akhtar has been expelled from the party for life. He was sacked on charges of recklessly indulging in activities outside the constitution of the party to serve his own interests.
District Women’s Awami League President Ludmila Parveen Chanda and General Secretary Mahmuda Parul jointly signed Shyamoli Akhtar on Friday (June 23).
It is mentioned in that letter, Gaibandha District Women’s Awami League Organizing Secretary Shyamoli Akhtar has recklessly engaged in activities outside the constitution of the party by using the party for his own interests. She was expelled for life from all positions of the organization, including the women’s Awami League Gaibandha district branch.
When trying to contact the accused Shyamoli Akhter in this regard, he was not found.
General Secretary of Gaibandha District Women’s Awami League Mahamuda Parul confirmed the dismissal. He said that due to various misdeeds of Shyamoli Akhtar, the image of the party was getting damaged. He was fired in 2018 for the same reason. Later, Shyamoli was expelled for life after somehow entering the party and engaging in anti-constitutional activities.
