Inauguration of two-day refresher training in Kamalganj

A 2-day refresher training on human rights, democracy, good governance, women’s empowerment and advocacy has been inaugurated for Web Foundation’s advocacy network members under the project of empowerment of backward communities and active participation in the development process of Bangladesh in Kamalganj, Moulvibazar.
Kamalganj Upazila Parishad Female Vice Chairman Bilkis Begum inaugurated this training at 10:30 am on Wednesday (June 21) in the upazila parishad hall.
Web Foundation’s Kamalganj Advocacy Network Committee President Mr. Gedition Pradhan Suchiang presided over and editor journalist Praneet Ranjan Debnath conducted the training by Wave Foundation Sylhet Divisional Facilitator Md. Shahjahan. 25 members of Web Foundation’s Kamalganj Advocacy Network Committee participated in it.

Bilkis Begum said, development of the country is not possible without anyone. Therefore, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working relentlessly for the development and empowerment of backward communities. Everyone should work shoulder to shoulder to move the country forward in the formation of Smart Bangladesh. There is no scope for gender discrimination. It is essential for us to know computer and digital technology for everyone to build a smart Bangladesh.
