Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BCIC) under the Ministry of Industries of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh organized a 5-day women industrialist development training course at Srimangal.

The closing ceremony of the course was held on Friday in the auditorium of No. 3 Sadar Union. Chairman of No. 3 Srimangal Uniy Parishad Md. Dudhu Mia was present as the chief guest, Mithali Dash, the founder chairman of Bangladesh Smart Women Development Organization was present as a special guest. BISC Moulvibazar District Office Deputy Manager Md. Billal Hossain Bhuiyan presided.

Nargis Akhtar Meghla, one of the women entrepreneurs of Srimangal, who participated in the training workshop, expressed her feelings on behalf of the trainees and said, “We are happy to participate in the Women Entrepreneur Development Training Course organized by Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BCIC) and in collaboration with Smart Bangladesh Women’s Organization Srimangal.” 25 women entrepreneurs of Srimangal participated in the training workshop held in collaboration with Bangladesh Smart Women Development Organization.
