21 Bangladeshis died in Saudi Arabia during Hajj

Two more Bangladeshis died while performing the holy Hajj in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
With this, the number of Bangladeshi pilgrims who died in the country this year stood at 21. Among them, 18 people died in Makkah and three Bangladeshis died in Madinah.
Bangladesh Hajj Office in Makkah confirmed the death on Saturday (June 17). Among the dead are 18 men and three women.
The last two Haj pilgrims who died are-Mo. Riduan (64) is a resident of Matarbari Para, Badarkhali, Chakria Cox’s Bazar. His passport – A04690854. The other Abdul Gafur (61) is a resident of Narayanganj. His passport number – EE0629602.
It should be noted that 88 thousand 792 pilgrims have reached Saudi Arabia from Bangladesh till Saturday morning. Hajj is scheduled to be held on June 27 subject to moon sighting.
