Train communication with Sylhet is normal after 16 hours

Train communication with Sylhet-Chittagong-Dhaka has been normalized after about 16 hours after the derailment of 3 coaches of the Sylhet-bound Udayan Express train from Chittagong to Sylhet at Lauachhara forest in Moulvibazar.
On Saturday (May 20) around 5:30 in the morning, two coaches of the Udayan Express leaving Chittagong derailed along with the engine. In this incident, the train communication with Sylhet was stopped all over the country. Later rescuers brought relief train from Akhaura and rescued 3 derailed coaches.
Srimangal Railway Station Assistant Station Master Sakhawat Hossain confirmed that the train communication was normal at 9 pm.
