Moulvibazar district BNP has held a public meeting to protest arbitrary arrests, false cases and police harassment, including the release of Begum Khaleda Zia.

On Saturday (May 20) afternoon, a public meeting was held under the chairmanship of district BNP president former MP M Nasser Rahman on the initiative of Moulvibazar district BNP at Shahmostafa road.

BNP Central Committee Vice Chairman Professor Dr. A, Z, M Zahid Hossain. BNP Central Committee Organizing Secretary Dr. Shakhayat Hasan Jiban, Central Executive Committee Assistant Organizing Secretary Kalim Uddin Ahmad Milan were present as special guests.
Besides, BNP leader Srimangal Municipality Mayor Mohsin Mia Madhu along with district BNP and various upazila leaders of BNP and party organizations who participated in the rally addressed the rally.
