Two cricketers beat up two policemen
Sports Desk/
Two Indian Ranji cricketers have been accused of beating up two policemen. The incident took place in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. A couple of days ago, the authorities temporarily suspended two policemen for misbehaving with these two cricketers. This incident happened after that.
According to the police, two assistant sub-inspectors named Varun Sharma and Jitendra Kumar were temporarily suspended on Sunday night. This decision was taken against two professional cricketers Vineet Pawar and Prashant Chowdhury after they got into a verbal altercation.
Vineet and Prashant were practicing on the field that day. At that time, the two policemen blocked the main gate of the cricket academy and kept the car. The policemen got into an argument with the cricketers after questioning about it. The matter did not stick to word of mouth. The two cricketers complained that they were beaten by the policemen.
A new video has surfaced only after Ranji suspended the policemen based on the complaint of these two cricketers. There, these two cricketers were seen hitting two policemen with shoes. The two cricketers have not been arrested so far. However, a police officer claims that the next decision will be taken after watching the video footage.
