A total of 7 people including 4 accused in the murder case were arrested in two separate operations by Juri police station of Moulvibazar.

On Thursday (May 4) at midnight on the orders of Juri police station officer-in-charge Mosharraf Hossain, under the leadership of SI Anjan Kumar Das, after receiving information from a secret source, with the help of information technology, the accused in the sensational murder case of Kulaura police station Chinu Mia, Sumon Mia, Russell Mia and Parul Mia was arrested. Earlier, the Kulaura police station arrested 2 more accused in this murder case and sent them to the court. One of them voluntarily made a confessional statement before the learned Court under Section 164.
In another operation of Juri police station, ASI Mohi Uddin led by SI Farhad Mia, ASI Kamal Baralekha upazila conducted an operation and arrested 3 absconding accused under 4 arrest warrants. The arrested 7 accused have been sent to jail through Moulvibazar learned court on Thursday morning.
