National team star pacer Mustafizur Rahman is playing for Delhi Capitals in the current season of Indian Premier League (IPL). That’s why this year’s Eid is not being celebrated with parents.

Mostafiz had to spend 5 Eids without his relatives in the last two and a half years. The situation is the same this time too.

The cutter master said, in 2021, there was an opportunity to celebrate Eid at home. But after returning from IPL, he had to stay in quarantine at Sonargaon Hotel. That year I visited Zimbabwe on Eid al-Adha.

Mostafiz said, last year, due to the IPL schedule, I spent Eid in India. Qurbani Eid Kari on the West Indies tour for the national team. This Eid also has to be done in India.

The famous star of The Fizz also said, as long as I play, this is our life. If you have to celebrate Eid with your family, you should do it after giving up the game. There will be no more games for the rest of my life.

However, even though Eid is not celebrated with his parents, this time Mustafiz is getting his wife Samia Parveen Shimu as his Eid companion.
