Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that Prothom Alo and BNP work as complements to each other. He said that questioning the achievements of the Liberation War on Independence Day is not a simple mistake but it is a criminal offence. Prothom Alo and BNP work to complement each other, their target is the next election.

He said these things at Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Saturday (April 1).

Obaidul Quader said, the target is the government, domestic and foreign conspirators want to create a joke criminal offense on the achievements of the liberation war, another 75.

He complained and said that Prothom Alo is trying to divide the government to belittle Bangladesh in the world court to humiliate the popular government. No one is above the law.

Regarding the attack on the media workers at the BNP’s Iftar party on Friday, Awami League General Secretary said that the BNP has severely beaten up the media workers by inviting them to Iftar in Mirpur. By fighting themselves, they blamed Awami League. Awami League has no enmity with media, but Prothom Alo is our enemy.

Regarding the election, he said: BNP will not come to the election, nor will it happen. Awami League will be ready to rig the election.
