Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has advised Russian President Vladimir Putin to quickly end the war in Ukraine.

Erdogan said Russia’s extension of Ukraine’s grain deal with the Black Sea is a positive move to maintain global food price stability.
He said that Turkey wants to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict through negotiations. At this time, President Erdogan highlighted its importance to Putin.
The Turkish President thanked Russian President Putin for renewing the agreement on grain export through the Black Sea.
Turkey was also instrumental in signing the Ukraine Grain Agreement. Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement on July 22 last year to resume Ukrainian grain exports through the Black Sea.
In addition to Ukrainian food grains, Russian-produced food grains and fertilizers will reach the world market under the agreement.
