The police recovered the body of a youth named Rubel Mia (22) from the farmer’s corn field in Jumarbari area of Saghata Upazila of Gaibandha.

On Monday (March 20), the body was recovered from the field of Nahini village of Jumarbari union of the upazila.

This information was confirmed by the officer-in-charge (OC) of Saghata police station. Raju Sarkar. Deceased Rubel Mia is the son of Azgar Ali of Pawantaid village in Saghata.

OC Md. Raju Sarkar quoting the locals said that the local people saw Rubel’s body lying in a corn field of Thanayni village yesterday afternoon. After receiving this news, Rubel’s body was recovered and sent to Gaibandha morgue. The police are trying to unravel the mystery of this death.
