Independent Bangladesh was born for Bangabandhu. Police was born because Bangabandhu made the country independent. Gaibandha Police Superintendent said that we will take the country forward by cherishing the spirit of Bangabandhu. Kamal Hossain.

He said these things at a discussion meeting on the 103rd birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children’s Day on Friday (March 17).

A cake cutting and discussion meeting was held at District Police Lines Drill Shed organized by Gaibandha District Police under the theme ‘Bangabandhu’s birthday in the dream of Smart Bangladesh, children’s eyes are colored with the dream of prosperity’.

Gaibandha District Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Ibn Mizan, Additional Superintendent of Police (B Circle) Abu Laich Md. Ilyas Ziku, officer in charge of Sadar police station Masudur Rahman, police outpost in charge Mahbub Alam, inspector Shamsul Alam, ASI Aminul Islam etc.

Meanwhile, the 103rd birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the National Children’s Day are celebrated by district-upzilla administration, local Awami League and various organizations through various programs. Among them, various programs including hoisting of the national flag, wreath laying on Bangabandhu’s portrait, freeing of pigeons, discussion meeting, cutting of cake and prayer ceremony were held.
