He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at a function organized on the occasion of the birthday of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Vidyaniketan High School in Deoboge, Narayanganj city on Wednesday afternoon.

In the speech of the special guest, the mayor of Narayanganj City Corporation Dr. Selina Hayat Ivy said, ‘If the Prime Minister wants to build a smart Bangladesh, we also have to be smart. It is not enough to dress smartly. Intelligence, thinking, intelligence, love, patriotism, education, honesty should also have smartness. Only then can you be completely smart.
